No show/late policy
This policy requires the patrons to pay a fee for any missed service(s). This includes if the patron arrives 10 or more minutes late. The fee will be 50% of service(s) missed. All cancellations are required to be made atleast two hours prior to the appointment time to allow the appointment time to be filled. This is to help protect our staff clients and business. Thank you for understanding.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
In the event of inclement weather (snow, ice, aliens, tornadoes, zombies, etc.) we will send out an automated message through our booking system which will prompt you to be the reschedule online or through our app.
Holidays
Our shop will be closed for the following holidays (this is subject to change):
New Year’s Day
Fourth of July
Thanksgiving Day, that Friday & Saturday
Christmas Eve, Christmas day, and day after Christmas
